In your welcome email you will have received a link to the setup page:
Follow the instructions on that page step by step.
The most common errors are caused by:
(1) Using the wrong case. Username and passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE! Sometimes it helps to reenter them.
(2) In your IRC client, Full name, Email and UserID in the Identd category must be set to your Username.
(3) Your default server in your IRC client has changed from the #clanteam bnc server you were assigned.
If this still doesn't help, try to ask a member of staff in #clanteam on IRC or raise a support ticket from the website. |
